Retired and setting up a home desk after 3 years. Used a yoga mat before, but this is a keeper. Top side comfy for browsing, flat side great for documents. Keeps feet even and supports natural position when shifting.

Great footrest, all levels on, comfortable and doesn't squish. Wish it were wider. Got it because my chair was too high and plastic stool hurt my feet. Soft foam absorbs pressure, hard core prevents collapse. Only complaint is width, but it does the job well.
Works as expected, keeps feet elevated and warmer than the floor. Three height levels, middle works best. Slides a bit but stays put under normal use. Solid build, not essential but a nice comfort add-on.
